Creative Community Research Course




Parents attending Ashbury Meadow Sure Start Children’s Centre in Beswick completed a 10-week Creative Community Research Course delivered by Zest. The participants learnt about their community and research methods, carried out a piece of community research and presented to their findings to Councillor Rosa Battle and Manchester City Council staff.

There are a number of Zest classes in East Manchester with limited places available:

Zumba (keep-fit) FREE. Zumba is great for weight loss, lifting mood, improving confidence and feeling better.

- The Grange, The Grange, Pilgrim Drive, Beswick, M11 3TQ. Every Wednesday 7.30-8.30pm.
- Ashbury Meadow Sure Start Centre, Rylance Street, Beswick, M11 3NA. Every Thursday 6-7pm.

Craft and Needlework Club, The New Roundhouse, 1330 Ashton Old Road, Openshaw, M11 1JG. Every Wednesday 5.30-7pm. A free and friendly session to help you get started, enhance your skills and make new friends. Don't sit in the house, come out and play! No need to book.
