Working with local partners Zest is interested in supporting the improvement and development of Cheetham ( Elizabeth st ) Park. This lovely hidden green space has the potential to provide the community with a safe and healthy place to get fit, socialise , give back to the community, play, learn and improve family and community life. We held a really successful event as the Torch went past on 23 June 2012, with around 1000 people in the park and thronging the street. WIN WIN WIN
The Zest smoothie bike needs a new home. You may have already seen it in action at local health events, promoting healthy eating and exercise.
We would like it to go to a community group who will continue to use it to promote and encourage healthier lifestyles.
