Social Cafe Miles Platting
Meet new people and try new things at the Social Cafe at Church of the Apostles on Ridgeway Street, Miles Platting. Every Friday in term time from 10 - 11.30am. Tea, toast, coffee and crumpets for sale for a small charge. Different Zest activities provided each week from craft to tai chi, dancing to pampering.

Tea Dance - St Georges, Collyhurst 13th September
Get your dancing shoes on for a new Tea Dance for Over 50s at St George's Youth and Community Centre in Collyhurst. Just £1 including a raffle and refreshments. First tea dance is on 13th September from 12.30 - 3pm.

Social Cafe June July 2012 Miles Platting
The Social Cafe at Church of the Apostles runs every Friday morning in term time from 10 - 11.30am. The cafe sells tea, toast, coffee and crumpets. Zest provide free health activities such as pampering, dancing, armchair exercise, tai-chi and crafts.

Social Cafe - Church of the Apostles, Miles Platting

The Social Cafe is back after the half term break. Every Friday (in term time)the Church opens it's doors to local older people and serves tea, coffee, toast and crumpets for a small price. At the same time Zest provides varying health activities. The group regularly take part in craft sessions, tai chi, exercise, curling and pampering. The Church of the Apostles social cafe is open for business. Open every Friday morning in term time, this volunteer run social group come together each week to meet, chat and take part in healthy activities such as craft sessions, exercise, dance and pampering. Tea, coffee, toast and crumpets can all be bought for a small charge which goes into the running of the group. It's a great way of meeting new people who take part in a wide range of activities outside of this.
If you would like to come along it is every Friday morning from 10 - 11.30am at Church of the Apostles, Ridgeway Street, Miles Platting M40 7FY.

Baby Massage and Stretch in Miles Platting

If you have recently had a baby and are wanting to get out and meet other new parents then joining in a baby massage and stretch class is a great way to do so!
Baby Massage can help with parent child bonding, both parent and child relaxation and has a whole host of benefits for your baby's health including improved digestion, circulation and immune system.
